2. Where to Send DMCA Notices

3. What Happens After Filing a DMCA Notice
Once we receive a valid DMCA takedown request:
- We review the claim.
- Access to the allegedly infringing content may be temporarily removed or disabled.
- We notify the content submitter (if applicable).
- The submitter may file a counter-notification if they believe the takedown is incorrect.
If a valid counter-notification is received, we may restore the content unless the complainant files legal action.
4. Submitting a Counter-Notification
If content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a DMCA counter-notification that includes:
- Your full name, address, phone, and email.
- The URL of the removed material.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the takedown was a mistake or misidentification.
- A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of your local federal court.

We will forward the counter-notification to the original complainant.
5. Repeat Infringer Policy
TheGreatCRM may suspend or terminate access for users who:
- Repeatedly violate copyright laws.
- Upload infringing material.
- Abuse the DMCA reporting process.
We maintain the right to enforce these actions at our discretion.
6. Misuse of DMCA Notices
Submitting fraudulent or bad-faith DMCA notices or counter-notices may result in:
- Legal consequences
- Financial liability
- Termination of access to TheGreatCRM
- Reporting to proper legal authorities
